Now that Salesforce has announced a definitive end-of-support for Workflow Rules and Process Builders (thankfully), we need to migrate! Let’s just use the tool and convert everything to Flow, right? Wrong. This is an opportunity to reconsider automation strategies and we need to assess what it will take to do this right so that we can plan appropriately.
