The goal of the presentation is to provide nonprofit representatives insights into how Salesforce with Experience Cloud can be leveraged to address common nonprofit use cases, including donor, volunteer, event, and learning management. After running through several examples, the presentation will conclude with a deep dive and live demonstration of an Experience Cloud solution designed specifically for managing outgoing grants.
The session will be co-presented in order to provide the audience with two unique perspectives: one from the perspective of a nonprofit representative who was tasked with finding a solution to address the organization’s outgoing grants management requirements, and the other a representative of a Salesforce consulting practice who was brought in to help deliver a custom solution on behalf of the nonprofit.
