Screen Flows are a highly underrated tool for empowering admins to do more with less. Less time, less staff/capacity, less money. These are all challenges that admins frequently face. Yet whether it be a very simple or a complex screen flow, dedicating a little extra time upfront to build out your automation can help you accomplish more with limited resources.
Admins are often encouraged to use screen flows as a way to provide a better end-user experience, especially in the case of streamlining their workflows. But consider that these can also provide improvements to your life as an admin as well. A screen flow can help you provide additional, situational restrictions for your end-users that can prevent bad data that you might otherwise have to clean up later. Or if you’re an admin managing a slightly larger organization, consider a screen flow that helps you manage creating and deactivating users. In this session, we’ll review some example screen flows that have improved our lives as admins at OneGoal and give you some time to brainstorm additional ideas.
