Kelly states “Salesforce Journey is a hate-love relationship”. It began in 2010 as an “Accidentally Admin”. After two years of struggling, self-teaching and two Salesforce Revamps Projects under the belt, it was clear more support and resources were needed. Post attending first Salesforce Administration course and partnering with Consultant agency her passion to learn invited her to jumped into the Consulting career path. This is where the journey took off and Salesforce ecosystem was introduced. 2013, Kelly started Salesforce Wisconsin Women In Tech chapter and became active member of Salesforce Wisconsin User Group. The network of like-minded people expanded into the Midwest region where Kelly still today collaborates with Midwest Women In Tech leadership, started a virtual WiT book club, planned and executed Trailhead on Road Hands-On workshops in Wisconsin and Illinois while hosting free webinars on Admin topics.
Kelly wants to give back to the Salesforce Community as the “Advocate for Admins” by training and coaching in day to day Salesforce and providing insight with career development. She is honored to be awarded Winter17 MVP and first time Midwest Dreamin Event presenters, with hopes to present at Dreamforce, other User Groups, and World tour events within the next couple years. In the meantime, Kelly will continue supporting, coaching, and sharing knowledge within the Salesforce ecosystem. You can find Kelly with her nose in a book, on her yoga mat, hiking in woods and enjoying a fresh cup of coffee with loved ones.
